Session 2 review. My sinuses are now clear entirely clear and I can breathe a lot easier.
I gave up on my future i’m remembering ideas now that I forgotten. Or receiving some new ideas when I daydream.I feel hope and alive. I’m feeling relief. I used to feel very scared and fearful, and now I feel safe. I’m able to maintain some proper boundaries now and have some peace unlike before.

I’m able to realize why I fell the urges again to start the cycle.

This self love has allowed me to appreciate activities that I do and allow me to recognize. I don’t have to be an entirely workaholic just to enjoy life.

The first session I got my throat closed up when I was sleeping for a few days and was told by the doctor he did a ct scan saying there seems to be liquid in there.
This has caused me lack of sleep. So no driving.
When I felt getting worked on my throat started to open up to the point I’m was able to walk 5h to home. The nose was still dripping.
Over the next two days I became able reduce infection.
My productive skyrocket since my addiction took 7 hours depending on the cycle.
